Last night just before our school board meeting, Superintendent Endicott, Assistant Superintendent Jewell, and recent retiree, Debbie Barr participated in a ribbon cutting at the new Parkside Outdoor Learning Center.
In recognition and appreciation of those staff who provided coverage to our young Parkside Penguins for more than 30 years.

Retiree Spotlight!!
Mrs. Spahr has been in our district for just over 6 years! Her plans for retirement include some home remodeling, moving to Toledo and then taking a vacation to somewhere warm! Congratulations on your retirement Mrs. Spahr!

Mrs. Statler has been teaching in Tenino for the past 26 years! Her plans for retirement include spending time with her grandkids, gardening and traveling. Thank you for your dedication, wisdom, and the impact you've made in our community. We wish you all the best!
The Tenino School District wants to share that we had a technical malfunction with our equipment at Tenino High School, resulting in the false reporting of an emergency lockdown at THS. The issue is being investigated by our District’s Maintenance and Technology Departments.
We appreciate everyone’s understanding as we always want to keep our students, staff, and community safe.
In our Retiree Spotlight today is Mr. Charly Harrington!! Mr. Harrington has been the Principal at Tenino Elementary for the last 8 years but has worked in education for nearly 27 years! His plans for retirement include traveling around the country with his wife and pups in their camper van. Thank you for your dedication, leadership and for the impact that you've had in our community for the last 8 years Mr. Harrington, we wish you all the best in your newest adventure!

This is just a reminder that Kindergarten Registration for the 2024-2025 School Year is OPEN! If you have an incoming Kindergartener, please get them registered before the end of the year!
