Dear TMS Families
As you know, we are facing an unprecedented public health crisis in our state and world. Starting Monday, March 16, our schools will close through Friday, April 24, 2020.
The staff of TMS would like to provide all students the opportunity to engage in practice during the prolonged school closure.
We will provide support in a number of ways:
Students will bring home practice materials from their teachers today (check their backpacks)
Teachers will share practice materials via skyward email.
Students will have access to computer based instruction through online curricula, and the I-Ready system.
Student practice materials will be available in the TMS office Monday and Tuesday (March 16-17) Office Hours: 7:30 - 3:30.
All teachers will be reaching out to share information over the next couple of days via skyward.
It is important to remember that none of these items will be “graded.” Instead, these materials are meant to support you student and family during this difficult time period.
Please note, that the TMS office will be open Monday and Tuesday (March 16-17) in an effort to increase the number of students who are eligible to take home chromebooks. Please look for a skyward email around the specifics of this opportunity.
Thank you, stay safe, and take care.

Hello TMS Families!
We are excited to announce that Student Led Conferences are rapidly approaching. This year, conference week at TMS will take place March 31 - April 1, evening conferences are scheduled for Tuesday, March 31 and Wednesday, April 1 from 5:00 - 7:00.
During Student Led Conferences, students will have the opportunity to share with their parents and guardians what they have been learning, their strengths and goals, and many exciting work products.
Please keep in mind, student led conferences are designed to let your child tell her or his story of their experience here at TMS. If you wish to discuss academic progress with teachers, please contact the teacher directly or reach out to the TMS office.
For the purpose of the SLC, students have been assigned an advisor who has been supporting them in their work on their project, and who help facilitate the conference.
